Modern Modestwear - As the phenomenon of hijrah developed, more and more Islamic studies were being held. Obtaining religious knowledge directly from a trusted cleric is very important to help the hijrah process get better.
For Muslim women who want to start regularly attending the study but are still confused about choosing clothes, Dian Pelangi shares tips during the Media Update New York Fashion Week on Thursday (22/02/2019) at 100 Eatery, Century Hotel Jakarta. Here are tips for choosing clothes to come to the study.
1. Dress or Gamis
Dian Pelangi suggested choosing clothes that can be used for prayer when coming to the study. The clothes she usually chooses are dresses or robes that are loose, not transparent, but still comfortable to wear all day long.
"Maybe during the study it was crowded. When we wanted to pray, we wanted to perform ablution, we usually queued up. But come back, if you want to bring your own prayer, please. But if I'm more comfortable wearing clothes that are ready to pray, it's not just for study," said the 28-year-old designer to Wolipop.
2. Clothing with Wrinkled or Loose Hand Designs
Dian Pelangi also pays close attention to comfortable clothing for ablution. He suggests clothes with wrinkled or loose sleeve designs so that they are easy to wear during ablution.
3. Socks or Leggings for Ablution
The feet are part of the genitals, therefore they must be covered when praying. Dian again suggested wearing foot covers so that we were better prepared for prayers. The options can be socks or ablution leggings.
Ablution leggings are leggings that can be used in a skirt or dress. Uniquely, in the leg there is a kind of hole so that it can be opened for ablution without having to remove all of the pants.
